AS Ekspress Grupp founded a new subsidiary OÜ Zave Media to develop the online discount portal Zave starting from 27 July, 2015. Zave used to be a branch of news portal Delfi. The CEO of OÜ Zave Media is Tiina Seeman who has previously worked for IT sections in Bang & Olufsen, TeliaSonera, Eesti Energia and EMT. She does not own any share of AS Ekspress Grupp.
