Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-07-29 17:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in City Service AB (CTS1L, ISIN code LT0000127375) shares from 03-08-2015 (inclusive). Trading will be renewed by a separate decision of Nasdaq Vilnius.
The trading will be suspended on the request of the issuer due to the cross-border merger of the Company (following the provision of paragraph 16.2 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Listing Rules).
Orders in City Service AB orderbook will be flushed.
