The Supervisory Board of AS Reverta has re-elected Solvita Deglava who took the office on January 1, 2014 the Chairperson of Management Board. Re-election of chairperson was required as Solvita Deglava’s powers of member of Management Board are to expire on July 31.
Ruta Amtmane and Edgars Miļūns will remain on the Management Board of Reverta.
Under The Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia, Management Board is elected for a period of five years.
