NORWELL, Mass., July 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Miniter Group recently held its first job fair this past week for their insurance tracking department. Miniter's proactive approach to compliance and the success of their Borrower-Centric insurance tracking system have caused substantial growth, necessitating a large influx of new employees. The fair was a six hour event in which a number of Miniter employees participated in coordinating and facilitating. Upon arrival at the fair, packets of pre-interview questionnaires were given out along with forms and personality tests for the candidates to fill out. Headshots of candidates were taken as they proceeded to a system demonstration. Following their demo, the candidates were escorted to the holding area where they prepared for their panel interview with the Tracking Management Team.
