CANCOM Group shows strong growth in the second quarter

Munich, Germany, 31 July 2015 - With publishing provisional figures for
q2/2015 CANCOM SE shows robust growth of 24.6 percent compared to the
previous year. In detail, the group's consolidated sales revenues for q2
were up to EUR 232.3 million according to the provisional figures and
compared to EUR 186.5 million in q2/2014. Organic growth of the second
quarter amounted to 17.6 percent. Preliminary Group EBITDA for the second
quarter was EUR 13.0 million, 17.1 percent higher than the figure of EUR
11.1 million in q2/2014. Respectively the EBITDA margin is 5.6 percent as
compared with 6.0 percent in 2014. Preliminary Group EBITA is EUR 9.9 for
q2, compared with EUR 8.3 million in 2014, a plus of 19.3 percent.

For the first six months of the current financial year, the group's
consolidated sales revenues grew 16.9 percent, thereof 8.3 percent
organically, up to EUR 430.5 million according to the provisional figures
compared to EUR 368.2 million in the previous year. Preliminary Group
EBITDA in the first half of 2015 was EUR 23.7 million and 14.5 percent
higher than the figure of EUR 20.7 million recorded in the first half of
2014. The EBITDA margin was 5.5 percent and close to the previous year's
level of 5.6 percent. Preliminary Group EBITA for the first half of 2015
amounts to EUR 17.6 million compared to EUR 15.3 million in 2014, which is
an increase of 15.0 percent.
