ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT DIRECTED A NEW SHARE ISSUE

Orava Residential REIT has directed a new share issue to Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy 3 August 2015.  Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy subscribed for 69,717 new shares, of which 35,926 shares do not entitle to dividends to be paid in 2015. The subscription price of the new shares is the weighted average price over the five trading days at NASDAQ Helsinki preceding 31 July 2015.

The directed share issue is related to the deal disclosed 30 June 2015 to acquire a total of 44 apartments in Asunto Oy Lahden Jukolan Aapo and Asunto Oy Lahden Jukolan Tuomas for a purchase price of EUR 1.5 million.
