NASDAQ STOCKHOLM WELCOMES VENDATOR TO FIRST NORTH


Stockholm, August 3, 2015 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Vendator AB’s shares (short name: VEND B) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Vendator belongs to the Industrial sector and is the 67th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2015.

Founded in 1988, Vendator is an outsourcing company offering mainly call center and staffing solutions to clients across Sweden. The subsidiary Vendator ContactCenter offers a range of call center solutions, from outsourced sales to customer support, which aims to enhance and streamline the customer relationships of businesses and organizations, whereas Vendator Bemanning offers temporary and outsourcing staffing solutions.
