Top Image Systems Appoints Leading Enterprise Software Executive Andrew Pery as TIS' CMO


TEL AVIV, Israel and PLANO, Texas, Aug. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ:TISA), a global innovator of intelligent content processing solutions, today announced the addition of Andrew Pery, a results-oriented marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the high technology sector, to serve as TIS' CMO. Mr. Pery has joined TIS effective August 1st, 2015 and will report to CEO Michael Schrader.

Mr. Pery brings to TIS vast industry experience managing global marketing teams as Chief Marketing Officer for Hummingbird (now Open Text) and Kofax (now Lexmark) with a focus on document process automation and enterprise content management solutions. Most recently Mr. Pery held the role of CMO at ReadSoft (now Lexmark), where he led a global marketing initiative to drive continuous improvements to demand generation activities with increased emphasis on digital content and social media marketing investments that have resulted in increased marketing program effectiveness and efficiency.

Mr. Pery holds a Masters of Law degree with Distinction from Northwestern University, Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History and Political Science from Loyola, Montreal. Mr. Pery holds the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) as well of Certified Information Professional (CIP/AIIM).
