What:
KPMG’s New York Office and KPMG’s Family for Literacy (KFFL), a unique program that draws on the depth of talent and commitment of the entire KPMG family to help eradicate childhood illiteracy in low-income communities, will visit the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square to celebrate a recent milestone – 2.5 million book donations. Through KFFL, KPMG’s people and their spouses, interns, and alumni raise money, visit classrooms, read to children, and personally put new books into the hands of children who need them most. For many, it is the first book they have ever owned.
In honor of the occasion, KFFL’s mascot, Kiffle the Kangaroo will ring the Closing Bell.
