Tyson Foods, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend


SPRINGDALE, Ark., Aug. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN), at a meeting on July 30, 2015, declared the quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on Class A common stock and $0.09 per share on Class B common stock, payable on December 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2015.
