via shares its Voting Rights on MAN SE, München, Germany, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights
on July 31, 2015 and on that day amounted to 75.28% (this corresponds to
106129808 Voting Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
