(NASDAQ:SCAI) ("SCA") today announced the launch of an underwritten secondary public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock to be sold by certain affiliates of TPG Global, LLC (the "TPG Stockholders"). SCA is not offering any common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock by the TPG Stockholders. The total number of SCA's shares outstanding will not change as a result of the offering.
