On 30th of July 2015, the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi passed a resolition to extend the authorities of the Management Board members Aleksandr Timofejev and Riina Käi over the next three years from 30th of October 2015. In line with the Articles of Association of the Company the Supervisory Council elects a Management Board member for a term of three years. The authorities of Chief Operations Officer Aleksandr Timofejev and Chief Financial Officer Riina Käi as Management Board members have been effective since 29th of October 2012.
By the decision of the Supervisory Council the Management Board will continue to consist of the same three members. In addition to Aleksandr Timofejev and Riina Käi the Management Board includes the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer Karl Heino Brookes.
