("Neptune") (NASDAQ:NEPT) (TSX:NTB), announced that the nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated June 15, 2015 were elected as directors of Neptune. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on July 14, 2015 in Montreal are set out below.
