NEW YORK, Aug. 07, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSON), a leading global talent solutions company, today announced the appointment of Patrick Lyons as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, effective August 8, 2015.
Mr. Lyons joined Hudson in 2006 and most recently served as vice president, planning and prior to that as chief financial officer of Hudson Americas. Mr. Lyons succeeds Stephen A. Nolan, who served as chief financial officer since 2013. Mr. Nolan will continue to serve as chief executive officer.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Lyons served as chief financial officer at two staffing companies, Strategic Legal Resources and Adecco Staffing USA. In addition, Mr. Lyons worked for the TNT Group and Arthur Andersen.
