PUBLICATION OF THE LISTING PROSPECTUS CONCERNING NEW SHARES ISSUED BY VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ
Vaahto Group Plc Oyj ("Company") publishes today a listing prospectus approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority on 7 August 2015 and relating to the admission to trading on the stock exchange list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd ("Helsinki Stock Exchange") of 2.000.000 new shares in the Company issued in accordance with resolutions passed by the Company’s board of directors on 10 March 2014 and 10.000.000 new shares in the Company issued in accordance with resolutions passed by the Company’s board of directors on 15 February 2015. The Company has produced the listing prospectus for the sole purpose of applying for the admission to trading of the shares subscribed for pursuant to the share issues on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Trading of the shares in question is estimated to start on 12 August 2015. This listing prospectus does not constitute an offer to subscribe or purchase any shares in the Company in share issues or otherwise.
