Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of August 7, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,862,958 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1.251.8 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
