Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-08-11 16:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Please be informed that on 10 August 2015 the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania decided to consider the following information, submitted by City Service AS to the Bank of Lithuania, as information equivalent to the information, necessary to be disclosed in the prospectus: (i) Common Draft Terms of Cross-Border Merger of AB “City Service” and City Service EU AS (including the annexes), (ii) AB “City Service” annual financial information kits for the years 2012-2014, (iii) interim financial statements for the 3 months’ period ended 31 March 2015, (iv) Information document of references for the investors of City Service AS, (v) List of risk factors related to the activities and shares of City Service AS.
Considering the fact that all the actions depending on City Service AS that are necessary for ensuring the continuity of trading in City Service AS shares on AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange have been completed, please be also informed that on 11 August 2015 City Service AS submitted a request to AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange regarding renewal of trading in company’s shares. Trading in City Service AS shares shall be renewed upon adoption of a relevant decision by AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius as of the date specified in said decision.
