The restructuring programme of Trainers’ House has been submitted to the District Court of Espoo for confirmation

Trainers’ House announced on 3 June 2015 that the Administrator of the corporate restructuring proceedings of Trainers’ House had submitted a restructuring programme proposal to the District Court of Espoo. The adoption of the restructuring programme is conditional on certain shareholders’ and authority decisions and other conditions as further described in the draft programme.

The Administrator has today, 20 August 2015, submitted a request to the District Court of Espoo that the restructuring programme would be confirmed and submitted that all conditions for the adoption of the programme have been fulfilled. As announced previously, also the support of the creditors necessary for the adoption of the programme has been confirmed.

The Company estimates that the District Court of Espoo will decide on the adoption of the restructuring programme during the following weeks.
