Schaffhausen, Switzerland, to the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting
which will take place on 25 September 2015 at 10 a.m. at the office of Walder
Wyss AG, Seefeldstrasse 123, 8034 Zurich (the Extraordinary General
Shareholders’ Meeting/EGM). The doors will open at 9.30 a.m.
