THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED IN ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT’S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER AND ARE TO BE TAKEN FOR TRADING ON THE HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE
Orava Residential REIT plc has registered for entry in the Trade Register 138,163 shares that the company allocated to Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy in a directed share issues 29 June 2015 and 31 July 2015. Following the issues, the total number of Orava Residential REIT shares registered in the Trade Register is 7,961,619.
The company has filed a listing application concerning the aforementioned 138,163 shares with the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The shares are estimated to be subject to trading on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 26 August 2015.
After the listing, the total number of Orava Residential REIT shares listed on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange will be 7,961,619 shares.
