Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s release of 24 August 2015 regarding that the Group today has entered into a contract with a value of more than DKK 500 million. The contract covers the construction of and the future operation and maintenance of a new bed and maternity ward at Slagelse Hospital.
This announcement does not give rise to any changes in the previously published expectations of the economic development in the MT Højgaard group.
Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.
