Caverion provides building solutions worth over EUR 14 million to Dorotheen Quartier in Stuttgart, Germany

Caverion has signed a contract with property management company EKZ Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH on delivering building solutions to a new building complex in Stuttgart, Germany. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 14.2 million and it covers the technical disciplines of heating and sanitation, ventilation and air conditioning, security and safety, cooling and automation. Caverion is responsible for project execution.

The new building complex will have nine floors with a total surface area of 38,000 m² and it will house shops, offices and apartments. The installation work of the building solutions will start in October 2015 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
