Identiv Receives Nasdaq Notification Letter


FREMONT, Calif., Aug. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Identiv, Inc. (NASDAQ:INVE) today announced that the Company received a notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") informing the Company that since it had not filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2015, and because it remains delinquent in filing the Company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2015, the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). This notification was issued in accordance with standard Nasdaq procedures, and in connection with its previous notification to Identiv dated May 21, 2015, which was previously disclosed by the Company in its press release dated May 22, 2015. Nasdaq's notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's common stock.

In response to the previous notification, Identiv has provided to Nasdaq detailed information outlining its plan to regain compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) and requesting an extension of time to file the required periodic reports. If the plan is approved by the Nasdaq staff, the Company may be eligible for a listing exception of up to 180 calendar days or until November 16, 2015 to regain compliance, and if it is not approved, the Company's common stock would be subject to delisting by Nasdaq. The Company's plan of compliance is currently under review by Nasdaq's staff.
