Novel Nutrition Network Ltd., Cyprus sell 300 000 shares in NattoPharma at a
price per share of NOK 10.30.

Prior to the transaction, Novel Network Nutrition Ltd., Cyprus owned 1 736 000
shares in NattoPharma, equals an ownership interest of 10.13 % and after the
transaction Novel Network Nutrition Ltd., Cyprus owns 1 436 000 shares which
represents an ownership interest equal to 8.38 %.
