On September 2, 2010, bonds issued by HS Orka hf. (HVS 05 1) received an observation status with reference to an emphasis of matter in the issuer‘s half-year financial report which was made public on August 31, 2010. The emphasis of matter stated that the issuer did not fulfill all of its loan covenants. On August 11, 2015, HS Orka hf. published its half-year financial report and is now in compliance with all loan covenants.
With reference to the above, Nasdaq Iceland* has decided to remove the observation status from bonds issued by HS Orka hf.
