New CFO at Precise Biometrics

Tommy Nilsson has been appointed CFO of Precise Biometrics AB, effective
September 1st, 2015. He has been interim CFO of the company since June 1st,
2015. Tommy Nilsson will be a member of the management team.

Tommy Nilsson is 57 years old and has a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration and Economics at Lund University, Sweden. He has held interim
management positions as CEO and CFO at EVRY Shared Service Center, BRIO, Purac,
Malmö Aviation among others. He has also held permanent management positions as
Director/VP of Finance and Controller at Electrolux, Ericsson, Pharmacia and
Mars. Tommy Nilsson is married, has three children and two grandchildren.
