Lamar Advertising Company Announces Cash Dividend on Common Stock


BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamar Advertising Company (Nasdaq:LAMR), a leading owner and operator of outdoor advertising and logo sign displays, announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.69 per share payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record of Lamar's Class A common stock and Class B common stock on September 16, 2015. Lamar expects aggregate quarterly distributions to stockholders in 2015 will total $2.75 per common share, including the September 30, 2015 dividend and the aggregate of $1.37 of dividends previously paid on March 31, 2015 and June 30, 2015.
