Technopolis to Launch Share Buyback Program

Technopolis Plc’s Board of Directors has decided to launch a share buyback program. The share buyback is based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Technopolis Plc on March 27, 2015. Pursuant to this authorization, a maximum of 10,650,000 shares may be acquired. The shares can be repurchased at a price determined by public trading on the date of the repurchase or otherwise at a price determined on the open market. According to the Board of Directors' decision, the share buyback will commence no earlier than September 2, 2015. The authorization is effective until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, however, no longer than 30 June 2016.

Shares purchased in this way can be used as consideration in possible acquisitions or in other arrangements that are part of the company's business, to finance investments, or be retained, conveyed, or cancelled by the company.

On September 1, 2015 Technopolis Plc held 723,164 of its own shares.
