(German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÃSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5,
2012 and now amounts to 3.14% (Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the
voting rights (601,056 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

September 1, 2015 in accord-ance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÃSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5,
2012 and now amounts to 3.14% (Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the
voting rights (601,056 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

1, 2015 in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÃSS MicroTec AG,
Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5, 2012 and now
amounts to 3.14% (Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the voting rights
(601,056 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22
