INFORMATION REGARDING CLAIMS FOR CORRECTION IN THE PURCHASE DECISION MADE BY THE CITY OF HELSINKI

QPR Software has been informed that the technical service board of the City of Helsinki has rejected the claim for correction delivered by QPR’s competitor, regarding the City´s contract award decision to approve QPR Software´s offer for delivering process and enterprise architecture tool as a service. The offer made by the competitor was disqualified by the City.

The value of the entire four year agreement period is 1.5 million €. QPR issued a stock exchange release about the contract award on 3 July, 2015.

The same competitor has delivered a claim of correction also to the Market Court regarding the City´s contract award decision. QPR issued a stock exchange release about the both claims of correction to City of Helsinki and the Market Court on 22 July, 2015.
