JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 04th September, 2015 from Uldis Mierkalns on the gaining indirect significant shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notification Uldis Mierkalns has indirect participation with SIA “PATA AB” increased to 20.88 % on 21.07.2015., totaling indirect holding 92.87 % of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares.
According to this notification SIA “PATA AB”, SIA “Saldus Mežrūpniecības Uzņēmums”, controlled by Uldis Mierkalns, SIA “JL Index" and Jānis Bertrāns has entered into an agreement on the concerted action of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" share repurchase offer from other shareholders. SIA "PATA AB" acquisition of SIA "JL Index" shares of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība", an agreement within the amount of shares has not changed.
