Change in the holding of Kesko Corporation's treasury shares
A total of 401 B shares (KESBV) have been returned to Kesko Corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions of Kesko's share-based compensation plans 2011-2013 and 2014-2016. The shares had initially been transferred to persons included in the target groups of the 2013 and 2014 vesting periods of the share-based compensation plans.
After the return of the shares, Kesko holds 876,455 own B shares as treasury shares.
