NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING
The company received notification on 4 September 2015 by HSBC Holdings plc that, following an acquisition of voting rights on 2 September 2015, through a chain of controlled undertakings it held indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares over 97,230,668 ordinary shares. This amounts to 6.267% of the company's total voting rights.
