The Board of JSC Moda Kapitals has approved a new bonds issue, with total size amounting to EUR 4 million at face value.
The bonds are planned to be admitted to the regulated market – Baltic bond list of Nasdaq Riga.
The parameters of the issue:
The number of bonds is 4 000. The face value of one bond is EUR 1 000. The annual interest rate is variable depending on equity share in assets. Coupon payment four times a year. Initial placement price: 100% of the face value. The maturity date is 15th of November, 2020.
