On September 8, 2015, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding amendments to its amended and restated certificate of incorporation and by-laws. The amendments change the Company’s legal name to Nasdaq, Inc.
