Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-09-14 15:12 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hereby we inform that the Director of the Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania on 14 September 2015 decided to treat the information submitted in the publicly announced reorganization terms (together with annexes) of the public joint stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate and the public joint stock company Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas, also, in the annual information of Invalda in 2012 and Invalda LT in 2013, and in the annual information of the public joint stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate for 2014, interim financial statements and interim report of INVL Baltic Real Estate for 6 months of 2015, and in the list of references related to INVL Baltic Real Estate, also, in the description of the shares and risk factors and in the Articles of Association as information equivalent to the information that is required to be disclosed in the prospectus of the public joint stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate, AB.
The public joint stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate decided to apply to NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange on 14 September 2015 to renew trading in companies shares since 16 September 2015.
