Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions Completed the Divestment of its 55% Stake in Russian Entity


September 16, 2015 - Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions today announced that it has completed the divestment of its 55% interest in Wolters Kluwer Russia Publishing Holding.  The divestment was announced on September 3, 2015 and was precipitated by impending limits on foreign ownership in Russian media companies.
