TKM Auto OÜ, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, has resolved as the sole shareholder to prolong the authorities of all members of the Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS for another 3-year term as of 22 September 2015. The members of the Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS are Aarne Õllek (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Jüri Käo, Enn Kunila, Andres Järving and Raul Puusepp.
KIA Auto AS is the importer and wholesaler of Kia vehicles and spare parts in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In 2006 Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS acquired ownership in KIA Auto AS.
