Launch of apartment building development (Kristiine district, Tallinn)

AS Merko Ehitus has launched the development of an apartment building in the Kristiine district of Tallinn, at Sõpruse pst 33. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2016.

The architect of the five-storey apartment building with energy class B (www.merko.ee/sopruse33) is Velle Kadalipp. The building is characterized by the use of different materials on the facade and glass elevators. In the courtyard of the U-shape building there will be private patio with abundant landscaping. 35 parking spaces and storage spaces are planned on the basement floor; commercial spaces are located on the first floor of the building on the side of Sõpruse pst street. All 51 apartments have terrace, loggia or balcony; the terraces of the top floor penthouse apartments are located on top of the building´s 4-storey block. The interior finishing packages are prepared in co-operation of Merko and Interstudio. The price per square metre of the apartments at Sõpruse pst 33 ranges from 1,990 to 2,500 euros.
