AS Merko Ehitus has launched the development of an apartment building in the Kristiine district of Tallinn, at Sõpruse pst 33. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2016.
The architect of the five-storey apartment building with energy class B (www.merko.ee/sopruse33) is Velle Kadalipp. The building is characterized by the use of different materials on the facade and glass elevators.
