CybAero make a clarification regarding the new major shareholder Subversive Capital

As previously announced, U.S. venture capital fund Subversive Capital acquired
the remainder of California-based AeroVironment’s holding in CybAero AB.
At the time of the acquisition, this holding amounted to approximately 3 percent
of CybAero’s votes and capital.
