The Nomination Committee for the AGM 2016 of Tribona AB (publ) will, as for the AGM 2015, consist of Jakob Mörndal, representing Klövern AB (publ), Jesper Bonnivier, representing Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB and Anna Jakobson, representing Nordea Funds, in addition to the Chairman of the Board Mats-Olof Ljungquist.
At the AGM 2015 of Tribona AB, the Chairman of the Board was entrusted to ask the company's three largest shareholders as of 31 August 2015 to appoint one member each to the Nomination Committee for the AGM in 2016. The three largest shareholders as per 31 August 2015 are those mentioned above. The Nomination Committee will appoint a chairman shortly.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals for the AGM will be presented in the notice convening the AGM and on Tribona’s website www.tribona.se/en/corporate-governance/annual-general-meeting. The Nomination Committee may also make proposals before the previously announced EGM, which is expected to be held on 22 October 2015. Notice to attend the EGM will be published on the above mentioned website and in the Official Swedish Gazette no later than 1 October 2015.
