Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of September 18, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 4,894,018 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1,554.0 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
