Copenhagen, 2015-09-21 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Per Aarsleff A/S has entered into a framework agreement with the utility company Aarhus Vand A/S on the renewal of water and wastewater pipes by means of excavation as well as the operation of water and wastewater.
The framework agreement covers a period of six years and has a total value of DKK 420 million.

The contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial year 2014/2015.
