On September 30, 2015, partial repayments will be effected to the
SolarWorld bonds as planned. The nominal amount of each note will be
reduced by the amount of the respective partial repayment. In coordination
with the involved institutions, the stock trading of both bonds, SolarWorld
FRN IS. 2014/2019 Series 1116 (ISIN DE000A1YDDX6) and SolarWorld FRN IS.
2014/2019 Series 1017 (ISIN DE000A1YCN14), will presumably be temporarily
suspended to enable the technical implementation of the partial repayments.
Last trading day will presumably be Thursday, September 24, 2015. Trading
is expected to recommence on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
