Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s release of 22 September 2015 regarding that Greenland Contractors and U. S. Air Force has signed a Bridge Contract to temporary ensure the operations of Thule Air Base. The agreement commences October 1 2015 and continues for six months, with an option to extend for a period of up to six months.
This announcement does not give rise to any changes in the previously published expectations of the economic development in the MT Højgaard group.
Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.
