MIDDLETOWN, R.I., Sept. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq:KVHI) announced today that Mike Mitsock has joined the senior management team as vice president of marketing for the global company, which is a leading provider of mobile broadband solutions and guidance and stabilization products.

Mr. Mitsock’s experience includes positions at the vice president, senior vice president, and chief marketing officer (CMO) levels in the technology and software sectors across a number of industries, including such companies as Lotus Development, Tele Atlas, and Optum, and at various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. His experience covers all areas of marketing, including product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, communications, public relations, marketing automation, and social media.
A Boston-area native, Mr. Mitsock has an excellent technical background in addition to his business and marketing experience, earning a bachelor of science degree in nuclear engineering from MIT, a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University, and an MBA specializing in marketing and strategic management from Boston University.
