AS Ekspress Grupp refinanced the syndicated loan signed in July 2012. SEB Pank and Nordea Pank remain as contractual parties. As the result of the transaction, the new final contract term is October 2020. Annual lump sum reimbursement is approximately 2 million euros that makes an approximate decrease of 1.6 million euros when compared to the previous contract. Refinancing of the loan increases the amount of company’s available capital and enables to react to possible investment needs operatively or increase the dividends to the shareholders. Refinancing of the loan contract became possible due to remarkably decreased credit burden so amortisation of the loan at the same rate was no longer reasonable.
