DENVER, Sept. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In celebration of National Coffee Day, LaMar's Donuts is giving away free coffee on September 29 to all patrons. Anyone visiting a LaMar's store on National Coffee Day will also receive a free LaMar's-branded coffee mug. Additionally, all guests presenting a LaMar's mug on September 30 through October 4 will receive free coffee.
Temi Osifodunrin, LaMar's spokesperson, says 2015 has been an important year for the donut company's coffee business. "LaMar's has been known for the past 80 years for our donuts. We knew that the time had come to step up our coffee game and expand our gourmet drink menu."
This year LaMar's was awarded "Colorado's best food and beverage brand" by Denver Business Journal readers and received second place on MSN's "9 Best Doughnut Chains in America."
LaMar's Donuts has nine Colorado stores and 16 locations in five additional states. The company anticipates new locations across multiple markets in 2016-2017, including an additional Colorado store.
The free-coffee offer is good for one 12-ounce cup. LaMar's coffee mug giveaway will be available on Tuesday, September 29 at all LaMar's Donuts locations, while supplies last.
