On 23 September 2015 the Management Board of Šiaulių Bankas AB passed a resolution to reorganize the bank “Finasta” AB and brokerage company “Finasta” by way of merge with Šiaulių Bankas AB. The Board has approved the reorganization terms as well as the Charter of Šiaulių Bankas which continues operating after the reorganization.
